da cassino online: Whilst we were struggling our way through Swansea v West Ham in the penultimate Premier League match before Christmas, we could certainly have forgiven you for changing channel.
da dobrowin: Not just to digest your Sunday lunch in front of yet another Christmas movie on TV, but in front of a Christmas cracking offering from La Liga.
Real Madrid took on Rayo Vallecano – another of Madrid’s football teams – in a local derby of sorts. And whilst the two clubs are geographically very close, on the pitch today, they were miles apart.
Real took the lead, but Vallecano hit back with two goals of their own. That sent twitter into raptures, before getting two red cards and letting Real Madrid back into the game.
But they certainly didn’t need to be asked twice. What happened next was spectacular, and showed Manchester United what they’re missing without Cristiano Ronaldo and reported target Gareth Bale. Ronaldo scored twice, reported Chelsea target Karim Benzema bagged a hat trick, but it was Gareth Bale who stole the show with four goals against nine-man Vallecano.
With sheer boredom surrounding Swansea and West Ham this afternoon, perhaps we needed to get our goal fix from somewhere. And where better than the Santiago Bernabeu? It certainly beats Old Trafford at the moment!
